The Jenks Legacy - Summary

The founder

Name: Ricky Jenks
Aspiration: Love/Serial Romantic
Traits: Romantic, Self-Assured, Music Lover

Succession laws

Gender Law: Strict Patriarchy
The Founder must be male. Only boys are eligible to be named heir. Female children cannot, under any circumstance, ever be the heir to the next generation.

Bloodline Law: Strict Traditional
To be eligible to be named heir, a child must be naturally born from their previous-generation parents and be able to trace an unbroken bloodline back to the founder. Adopted children may never be named heir.

Heir Law: First Born
The oldest, by order of joining the family, eligible living child is named heir.

Differences from the official rules

Townie spouses are allowed for heirs
I plan to build lots of relationships with townies, especially for the spares, but I wouldn't like to restrict the heirs from marrying them also. Who knows, maybe I'll be able to end up with a town fully occupied by the Jenks family.

Spares may only move out if they have somewhere to go
The official rules would allow you to move out any spares anytime, but that just doesn't sound right for me. I want my family members to move out to other Sims so that they can have a roof above their heads - unlike their early ancestors. Therefore spares may only move out if they build up a strong enough relationship with another Sim (townie or not) for the "Ask to move in" to appear as a dialogue option.

The lineage
Thick lines repesent parents, thin lines are children.
